Ca' La Bionda Valpolicella Classico DOC is a dry red wine, expertly crafted from a blend of traditional grape varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, sourced from the rolling hills of the Valpolicella Classico zone in Veneto, Italy. This wine embodies the essence of the region, showcasing Ca' La Bionda's commitment to producing wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir and the rich winemaking heritage of Valpolicella. The Valpolicella Classico DOC is vinified with the aim of preserving the fresh and fruity profile of the grapes, resulting in a wine that is both light-bodied and elegantly structured.

Azienda Agricola Ca 'la Bionda is located in Marano di Valpolicella, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella wine region. The vineyards stretch over 29 hectares at an altitude of 150 to 300 meters above sea level. The newly restored and rebuilt winery was founded in 1902 by the passionate and determined winemaker Pietro Castellani. The work of Pietro, begun more than a hundred years ago, continues with the same zeal and tenacity for the fourth generation of Castellani. All stages of wine making - the cultivation of the highest quality grapes, harvesting, vinification, wine aging and distribution - are carried out by the family. Particular attention is paid to the delicate process of drying berries (appassimento), which is an essential element in the production of the region's most aristocratic wines - Recioto and Amarone.
