The Pinot Chevauchet Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs NV is an extra-dry sparkling wine, crafted from Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes, a choice that imbues the wine with remarkable depth and structure. Originating from the renowned Champagne region of France, this non-vintage (NV) sparkling wine stands out for its rigorous selection of grapes and its meticulous production process, aimed at achieving a pure expression of the varietal and terroir. Its extra-brut designation indicates a very low dosage of residual sugar, appealing to those who prefer a crisper, more austere style of Champagne.

Champagne Pinot- Chevauchet is a wine grower for 4 generations, have producd their own cuvées. 100% of the grapes that we are producing are used for blending our own champagnes, so that they remain independant. They do not buy and sell grapes to the wine traders. Their spectacular 4 hectares of vineyard are located on the neighbouring villages of Moussy and Pierry Premier Cru in the heart on the southern hill of Epernay between the Cote des Blancs and the Valée de la Marne. They are located 3 km from Epernay where and They cultivate all the 3 champagne grapes on a calcareus-clay terroir full of firestones. Their signature Grape is Pinot Meunier and they age their wines for long periods, the minimum is 5 years, making wonderful and complex champagnes.

Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir has very aromatic profile, very fresh acidity and low level of quaite soft tannins. The nature of Pinot Noir wine is its flavors of red berries and cherry (red sour cherries in lighter wines and cooked black cherries in bold examples). This wine matures very exating, developing notes of berry jam, violets, leather, moss and mushrooms.
Blanc de Noirs
Champagne
The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
