      Markus Molitor Riesling "Haus Klosterberg" Feinherb 2021 is a meticulously crafted off-dry white wine, produced from Riesling grapes sourced from the esteemed vineyards surrounding the Mosel River in Germany. This wine is a testament to Markus Molitor's commitment to expressing the unique terroir of the Mosel region, showcasing a Riesling that balances natural sweetness with vibrant acidity, achieved through precise viticulture and winemaking techniques.       "80% slope - 94% Riesling - 100% passion." In 1984, at the age of 20, Markus Molitor took over the management of the winery from his father with a clear goal: to produce the Riesling of the Moselle region under the name Molitor in the tradition of eight generations, the quality of which made the region famous all over the world 100 years ago. “Learning from the past” - this uncompromising pursuit of quality, manual labor, screening and harvesting of grapes, precision in processes, unique experience and knowledge of nature, grapes and wine production allow each terroir and vintage to be fully revealed in the taste of wine. Markus Molitor wines perfectly demonstrate the potential of the Moselle terroir - combining structure and depth of taste with freshness and elegance. The winery is located in the center of the Wehlener Klosterberg estate and uses grapes from 15 vineyards in different locations. Each of the vineyards is unique, which makes it possible to call them "Molitor terroirs".
