      St. Antony Riesling is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, crafted with finesse to offer a semi-dry taste profile, making it a refreshing choice for those who appreciate the subtlety of a less sweet wine. Originating from the renowned wine region of Germany, this sparkling wine is made exclusively from the Riesling grape variety, known for its aromatic, fruity, and floral qualities.       Producer
      The St. Antony winery has officially existed since 1920, the first vintage produced was the 1918. The name St. Antony, which the winery received in the 1980s, goes back to the St. Antony ironworks, the first ironworks in the Ruhr area. The winery was founded by the "Guten Hoffnungshütte" in Nierstein. Since 1990, St. Antony has been a member of the Association of Prädikat Wine Estates, and since 2006, they have been working here in a certified organic manner. Since 2018, St. Antony has been Demeter-certified.
